Paper crafting... ocbrandy style!

                                 Hi there! Brandy here to share a couple of Baby Folios I made this month for ReneaBouquets! I saw this idea on YouTube one day...where you fold up a small paper bag, and  make it into a cute and durable little folio.  For the Baby Girl one, I used some pretty Tattered Pink Pleated Tulle and Printed Beautiful Board Small Tuck It In Cherry Blossoms Chipboard to adorn the cover. And topped it all off with some adorable Aurora Borealis Pink Printed Butterfly Kisses! I used a some coordinating seam binding to wrap around my little albums and tied some Tiny Beautiful Board Feet and Beautiful Bits Diaper Pins to keep it tucked shut. They have plenty of room for pictures and journaling.  Each one is even set up with a small journal/notebook, for easy notes and memories.  For the Baby Boy version, I used some Coffee Venetian Embroidered Lace and half of a Beau...

                                Spring is finally here! I'm loving the soft pastel colors everywhere right now, and there's definitely not a shortage of springs flowers at ReneaBouquets! I used a nice variety of my absolute favorite RB flowers...Itty Bitty Blossoms! For this card I also used another Faberge Egg Beautiful Board piece with some of Renea's Hand Tinted Teal Beautiful Beads. Do you have a heavy hand with your glue applications? I LOVE to use my RB Glitter Glass to dust over those delicate pieces where glue may be showing. It looks fabulous, and no one will ever know you were "covering up" a single thing! :) For my cover, I watercolored a little pink on a piece of watercolor paper. I love how it's very subtle and lets my embellishing stand out! A few more patterned paper scraps later, and we've got a card! I think it turned out so pretty!
