Paper crafting... ocbrandy style!

  Happy February! Brandy here to share my first project with you for ReneaBouquets! I went with an altered mixed media project, using an old bottle I had in my stash. I've almost been as excited about using this bottle as I have been these Itty Bitty Humming Birds from ReneaBouquets! They are so detailed and sweet, It was so much fun bringing out their colors with flowers and paint and glitter. :) After deciding on a color, I painted the bottle, Beautiful Board pieces, and that Pearl Beaded Lace. The poor lace never saw it coming, but it brings out every delicate detail! After crusting a few chosen spots with coordinating beads and chunky glitter, I kissed everything  with some dry brushed metallic wax. YUM! :) I LOVE the way this turned out and it was super fun to create!   Behold A Comforting Cup of Happiness! Hello RB fans :)  Brandy here to share a cup filled to the brim with ReneaBouquets goodness!   After  assembling my Tea Cup , I chose a color scheme that coordinated with my cup design and used some of my RB flower stash to build my own little everlasting piece of art! I padded it further with some extra leaves and fabric flowers from my stash as well. Complete with BB quilling pattern leaves, I topped it with a couple gorgeous Pendant Blue Dragonflies! Hello friends! Brandy here to share a mixed media mini album titled, Collector of Memories. Every now and again I get the urge to throw some mixed media products at an album! These pink/salmon accented papers from 49 and Market are quite simple, so I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to add some stamped patterns, stenciled texture paste and of course lots of distress ink! I made the album from scratch and it features a fabric cover. With only 1/4 gussets between pages, I had to keep my page embellishing from getting too thick. A long with some Beautiful Board pieces from my stash, I used lots of cardstock ephemera and die cuts. Thanks for stopping by today! I hope this mini inspires you to create a keepsake of your own!
